US Sample Grade:

  1. Does not meet the requirements for the grades US Nos. 1,2,3, or 4:

Foreign Material: All foreign material over 1.0% expressed to nearest tenth of a percent will be deducted from the gross weight.

Heat Damage: Heat damage will be discounted as heat damage and also as total damage.

Green Damage: Subject to special discounts or refusal.

Other Colors: Brown, black, etc. .01 cent per bushel for 1.0% or fraction thereof in excess of 1.0%

Treated Soybeans: Not acceptable.

Drying Charges:

Other Chargers: .15 cents per bushel for sour and/or musty, heating, COFO notations, sticks, stones, dirt, or distinctly low quality beans. SAMPLE GRADE SOYBEANS WILL BE SUBJECT TO REJECTION OR ADDITIONAL DISCOUNT AT OUR DISCRETION.
